Account Manager (SMB/Scaled) (Copy)

AirNew York, NY
$100,000 - $140,000Hybrid

About The Position

Air is a Creative Ops System for creative teams. Our product automates the mindless tasks that creatives and marketers do every day to manage content and unlocks creativity through image recognition, automated versioning, and approval workflows. This role requires in-office attendance at least 3 days/week in New York City. As a Scaled Account Manager at Air, you'll own a large book of business and serve as a strategic partner to your customers — educating them on new product lines and tiers, driving adoption, and identifying upsell opportunities that align with their needs. Your goal: ensure every customer realizes the full value of Air's evolving platform while growing revenue through smart, intentional account management. This is a revenue-generating role that blends relationship building with real business impact. You'll carry a quota with variable compensation, directly tying your success to the company's growth. We're looking for someone who is customer-obsessed, commercially minded, and energized by building relationships that drive results. You're resourceful, low-ego, and take full ownership of outcomes. You don't wait for permission — you find a way.
