About The Position

Develops partnerships and alliances with existing and new customer and distributor accounts. Develops and implements plans to achieve financial goals and manages overall account relationships. Provides guidance and direction to internal and external customers to maximize sales opportunities. Develops business plans that maximize sales growth and profitability. Monitors market and competitive trends and develops plans to meet markets changes.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Solid negotiating skills
  • Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a sales or related field or equivalent education and experience required

Responsibilities

  • Manages accounts to meet strategic goals by making sales calls and developing account level business plans
  • Works with Product Management to develop new product features and benefits to drive competitive advantages in the marketplace. Develops plans to implement new products with assigned customer base.
  • Recommends sales promotions to the marketing department; develops and implements product merchandising
  • Analyzes sales and market trend to formulate policy, promote sales, determine customer needs, volume potential and price schedules
  • Manage account level P&L to insure maximum sales volume and profitability
  • Reports sales activity to upper management
  • Performs other duties as assigned
