We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Sales Account Manager within our RVOEM Sales capability. This position reports to Director of Sales and will work in Elkhart, IN. As a Sales Account Manager in the RVOEM Sales team, you will take ownership of key OEM accounts and provide strategic support to our Aftermarket customer base. In this role, you’ll build strong customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure exceptional service delivery across both channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of accounts, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with OEM and Aftermarket customers through consistent communication and proactive support.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging existing customer networks and developing new strategic connections.
  • Address customer challenges with urgency and professionalism, delivering effective solutions that strengthen partnerships and support business goals.
  • Provide regular, data-driven reporting on account status, sales performance, and key transactions to internal stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, including quarterly performance and annual forecasts, to guide strategic decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.
