The Account Manager at Twelve is responsible for overseeing all aspects of client management, from proactively managing briefs through production to cultivating and securing long-term partnerships. Acting as the primary client liaison, this role ensures seamless communication, alignment, and execution across internal teams, including creative, development, and production. The Account Manager will drive strategic growth by identifying opportunities within client portfolios, leading RFP submissions, and nurturing new business relationships. With a focus on excellence, organization, and industry insight, this role demands a strategic thinker with 5 + years of experience in the retail, beauty or luxury sectors.
