About The Position

In this role, you’ll be the go-to advisor for your clients, helping them navigate their personal insurance needs with confidence. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and customized solutions. Working closely with our production team, you’ll lead the renewal process, delivering timely and high-quality outcomes that exceed client expectations. You’ll also play a key role in securing existing business and identifying opportunities to expand coverage and services. By analyzing data and industry trends, you’ll craft strategic client service plans and reports that add value and build trust. Your expertise will help clients stay ahead of risks, while your proactive approach will foster long-term relationships and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Client-first mindset with a passion for building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Ability to communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and approachably.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and commitment to delivering results.
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Producer's License.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in insurance and a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Comfort working with numbers and a solid understanding of financial concepts.
  • Well-versed in personal lines coverages, understanding of business classifications, and knowledge of industry trends and strategies for client retention.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify challenges and design effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to convey ideas clearly.
  • Demonstrated leadership by advocating for clients and mentoring junior team members.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (or similar tools) and ability to create polished spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Experience with agency management software and ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
