The Account Manager role is a strategic partner to clients & Sales Account Executives. You will be responsible for managing and growing NBCU’s partnerships with advertisers and ultimately enabling our clients to reach their business objectives. You will play a key part in ensuring campaign success & communicating key campaign learnings to better support our clients. As an Account Manager, you will: Play a critical role within our fast-paced Ad Sales team to support the full sales cycle, spearheading proposals through execution. Be responsible for managing & developing client relationships. Proactively identifying strategic approaches for new or incremental opportunities as well as upselling products and services. Contribute to revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction through establishing and building trusted client relationships. Deliver a best-in-class partnership experience for NBCU advertising clients and their campaigns. Maintain a high standard of operational excellence while executing effective, performance-driven campaigns. Leverage your strong communication skills and attention to detail are required, as well as a focus on continual improvement and learning.
