About The Position

The Adam Hall Group is a leading manufacturer of event technology and offers innovative solutions for professional audio, lighting, stage and event technology. We are seeking an Account Manager with a proven track record in sales and in-depth expertise in lighting equipment within our industry sectors.

Requirements

  • Technical background and a strong commercial affinity.
  • Knowledge and experience in a similar position.
  • A good knowledge of the Nordic Lighting and/or pro audio market, mainly event service providers, rental & installation.
  • Knowledge of classic office tools: CRM, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
  • Communicative and can confidently explain complex technical processes at different levels.
  • Available to make regular trips within the sector and occasionally abroad for meetings, seminars or trade shows.

Responsibilities

  • Providing sales support and technical advice, specializing in lighting equipment.
  • Develop new and existing customer relations with a strong ability to listen, assess and provide best quality service.
  • Accept challenges, analyze them, and discuss commercial and technical issues with the customer to identify possible solutions based on our service and product portfolio.
  • Qualify customer inquiries, advise customers, and bring sales projects to a conclusion.
  • Represent the company in your area at exhibitions, customer events, company events and international fairs.
