About The Position

Ezee Fiber is seeking a relationship-driven and results-oriented Account Manager, MPC to support the growth and expansion of the company’s fiber network through strategic partnerships with Master Planned Communities (MPCs), residential developers, builders, HOAs, POAs, and related stakeholders. This role is responsible for managing and expanding existing partnerships while identifying new opportunities that support market growth initiatives and long-term revenue generation. The Account Manager, MPC serves as a key liaison between external partners and internal departments including Construction, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful project execution, customer satisfaction, and ongoing account growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and experienced in managing complex business relationships within telecommunications, real estate development, construction, or related industries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of account management, business development, partnership management, telecommunications, real estate development, construction, or related experience required.
  • Experience working with residential developers, builders, HOAs, POAs, or Master Planned Communities preferred.
  • Strong relationship management and customer service skills with the ability to build credibility and trust with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally across departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
  • Telecommunications, fiber broadband, or infrastructure industry experience preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with Master Planned Communities (MPCs), developers, builders, HOAs, POAs, and strategic partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and partnership engagement.
  • Support the expansion of Ezee Fiber’s network footprint by identifying opportunities for new developments, community partnerships, and service agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support project timelines, construction updates, customer onboarding, and operational needs.
  • Track and manage account activities, opportunities, and pipeline updates within CRM systems.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to support community launch strategies, promotional activities, and customer engagement efforts.
  • Assist with negotiating and managing access agreements, partnership terms, and service-related discussions.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates regarding project status, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Attend community meetings, networking events, builder association meetings, and industry functions to strengthen business relationships and promote Ezee Fiber services.
  • Support issue resolution and escalation management to ensure timely and professional communication with partners and stakeholders.
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments impacting fiber deployment and residential growth markets.
  • Meet or exceed assigned performance goals and account management objectives.
