As Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring services are delivered effectively, on time, and in line with agreed expectations. You’ll work closely with internal delivery, operations, and sales teams to ensure a seamless client experience, while also identifying opportunities to enhance and evolve the service offering. This role is ideal for an experienced Account Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality services, rather than pursuing a heavily sales-focused or target-driven role. You’ll play a visible role in ensuring client success while helping to shape and improve how we deliver learning solutions on a global scale.
