In this role, you will be responsible for: Managing your set of law firm partners with deep knowledge of their performance, operations, and fit with TopDog Analyzing key metrics (conversion rate, drop rate, average attorney fees) to diagnose what's driving them and why it matters Proactively spotting trends and addressing performance issues before they escalate Asking the right questions to validate claims and uncover root causes Holding partners accountable to clear standards while approaching partnerships with humility and genuine investment in mutual success Collaborating across intake, operations, and business development to solve problems and support partnership growth Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, or outcomes, not just following existing playbooks At TopDog Law, everyone is expected to think critically, communicate clearly, and take ownership of their work. How This Role Drives the Business At TopDog Law, we're building more than a team, we're building a movement. We've grown fast by staying hungry, thinking critically, and taking extreme ownership, and now we're looking for an Account Manager who's ready to do the same. You'll manage a set of law firm partners using data and critical thinking to spot performance issues, diagnose root causes, and drive improvement through honest, respectful partnership. You'll know your partners inside and out, their operations, their metrics, their challenges, and understand the data behind those metrics. You're comfortable having hard conversations and holding partners accountable while staying curious, humble, and genuinely invested in solving problems together. This is a role for someone analytical, direct, and unafraid of discomfort, someone who moves fast, gets their hands dirty in the data, and solves problems without waiting to be asked.
