They also offer institutional staking solutions, investor relations services, and license data feeds. The Tie Terminal is described as the fastest and most comprehensive workstation for institutional digital asset investors. Their clients include hedge funds, OTC desks, market makers, trading venues, banks, sell-side firms, and other institutional market participants. As an Account Manager, the role involves delivering a high-touch, white-glove experience to clients, supporting upsells and net revenue retention in collaboration with the Account Executive team. The Account Manager will act as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships within assigned accounts.
