About The Position

The Account Manager II at Electronic Imaging Materials, Inc. (EIM) is responsible for driving revenue growth through responsive lead management, consultative selling, and long-term relationship development. This role focuses on understanding customer challenges, delivering tailored product solutions, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry through order fulfillment. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Account Manager II supports accurate quoting, product alignment, and new opportunity development. By combining strong customer focus with proactive sales strategies, this role contributes directly to customer retention, account growth, and overall business success.

Requirements

  • Proactive and collaborative approach with technical aptitude; supports cross-functional partnerships, upselling and product expertise
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and basic arithmetic (pricing, discounts, percentages) with accurate data management
  • A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized certification or licensing
  • 3+ years related experience

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all referral leads
  • Leverage knowledge of EIM products and services to address clients’ specific needs and challenges, introducing new products as relevant
  • Confirm client requirements to generate precise sample requests or pricing from the estimating department
  • Create stock product estimates using pricing guidelines provided by the Senior Products & Innovation Specialist
  • Identify and secure multi-order opportunities by establishing long-term contracts when suitable
  • Schedule and follow up on all sales opportunities, both existing and potential
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all client and prospective client interactions
  • Inform the product team of potential new product development opportunities based on client feedback
  • Provide timely updates and statue reports on orders to customers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to introduce new products to customers
  • Develop and sustain a dynamic customer development program that focuses on acquiring new accounts and strengthening relationships with existing customers
  • Qualify leads and generate new lead development strategies, providing feedback to Marketing on lead performance
  • Contribute to setting sales targets, including revenue and outreach goals
