Requirements

  • Ability to establish professional relationships and partner with Wellness Advocates
  • Outgoing and positive personality with the ability to communicate effectively, respond to concerns, and strategically solve problems
  • Familiarity with dōTERRA’s compensation plan & proven ability to follow through on assignments and customer needs
  • Proficiency in DataTrax required (Training will be provided)
  • Ability to problem solve

Nice To Haves

  • 1 + Years of Experience
  • Experience with the direct selling industry and customer service preferred
  • commitment to work full-time preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with Wellness Advocates that encourage and motivate
  • Monitor sales and ensure timely recognition of various levels of achievement
  • Provide accurate and correct understanding and application of dōTERRA’s compensation plan
  • Respond fairly and accurately to questions regarding the compensation plan
  • Handle exception requests and represent those requests when needed
  • Strategize with consultants and help them be more effective
  • Set up conference calls, send conference call notes, send welcome/congratulatory letters
  • Assist with other projects and responsibilities as needed
  • Manage a group of Wellness Advocates at a specific rank for the region you represent
