About The Position

As an Account Manager II at Sinch, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key client relationships while also driving new business acquisition through proactive outbound prospecting and pipeline development. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify growth opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that maximize the impact of Sinch’s products and services. Your role will involve developing and executing strategic account plans, analyzing client performance data to uncover insights, and proactively addressing issues to ensure a seamless customer experience. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve technical inquiries and ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations. Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and account management tools.
