About The Position
Hassle Free Home is a home services membership company. We provide our members with handyman maintenance visits and an account manager for home projects outside the scope of our handyman. As an Account Manager, you will be the coordinator of these projects. This involves keeping an organized project pipeline, informing clients with updates along the way, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is highly responsive, a clear communicator, and naturally organized.
Requirements
- Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
- Fast responsiveness—you don’t leave people waiting
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects at once
- Comfortable with technology (managing multiple systems, texting, email, and basic software tools)
- Background in customer service, account management, or coordination
- Someone who enjoys working with people and staying organized
- Strong communicator who responds quickly and follows through
- Looking for a stable role with growth—not a sales grind or technical construction job
