About The Position
Hassle Free Home is a home services membership company. We provide our members with handyman maintenance visits and an account manager for home projects outside the scope of our handyman. As an Account Manager, you will be the coordinator of these projects. This involves keeping an organized project pipeline, informing clients with updates along the way, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. If you are highly responsive, a clear communicator, and naturally organized, this is a role where you can stand out quickly. This role is great for someone with a background in customer service, account management, or coordination, who enjoys working with people and staying organized. It is ideal for a strong communicator who responds quickly and follows through, looking for a stable role with growth, not a sales grind or technical construction job.
Requirements

- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects at once
