AlphaSense is seeking a high-impact Account Manager to develop and expand critical relationships within the Financial Services Strategics sector. This role involves collaborating with account executives and customer success managers to ensure clients achieve long-term success with the product and to expand the company's footprint within each client account. The Account Manager will act as a trusted advisor, engaging stakeholders from daily users to senior executives at leading investment banks, asset managers, and hedge funds. Success in this role is measured by the ability to protect and expand revenue, with targets tied to Gross Dollar Retention (GDR) and Net Dollar Retention (NDR). Additionally, the role requires bringing client insights back to product, marketing, and sales teams to influence company strategy and execution.
