Bartle & Gibson is seeking an Account Manager for their Electrical division. This role involves creating and nurturing a new customer base, developing and maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Account Manager will also be responsible for understanding industry-related products, staying updated on the latest trends and technology, and building relationships with vendors. The position requires active participation in a strong team environment, aligning accounts with proper market pricing, and accurately entering quotations and orders into the system. Attending to customer inquiries promptly, creating and managing territory sales budgets, and building strong connections to understand individual customer needs are key responsibilities. Collaboration with the internal team to ensure customer needs are met is also essential. Other duties as required will be assigned.
