About The Position

Pioneer Human Services is seeking a part-time Food Service Account Manager/Driver for day shifts, working Friday through Monday. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid WA state Food handler's card.
• At least 2 years' experience in food service account management or restaurant management.
• At least 6 months experience as a delivery driver (any type).
• Some knowledge of the area of service.
• Ability to comprehend local maps and directions.
• Hands-on experience in sales and ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Experience in developing positive relationships and handling customers' needs.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
• Valid driver license and qualification as a PHS Approved Driver.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to effectively multi-task.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Minimum 1-year high volume commercial cooking.
• Ability to accurately follow and scale recipes.
• Excellent knife skills.
• Understanding of food service terminology.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers.

Nice To Haves

• Some experience working in a commercial kitchen environment.
• Culinary school experience.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill and complete deliveries to CFS customers.
• Prepare meals following exact recipes and specifications using a variety of cooking methods while adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Fill customer orders to 100% through proper measurements, portion control, product labeling, and staging methods.
• Represent CFS in a positive manner and ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service.

• Compensation between $23.54 and $29.42 hourly.
