At Snap-on Industrial, the Sales Solutioneers team offers customers unique solutions by actively listening to their requirements and developing tailored solutions. Sales Solutioneers may serve customers ranging from aerospace manufacturers to fleet shops and shipbuilders. This role requires superior sales and problem-solving skills to help business partners become more productive, with the promise of a generous benefits package and future career opportunities. This position is for the Industrial Business Group and is a fully commission-based role with an average expected salary range of $65,000-$100,000 annually, with additional bonuses for achieving sales plans. Requirements

  • Proven track record of prior goal achievement showing increase in sales and customer growth
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are required
  • Comfort working with and presenting to all levels within an organization
  • Must hold and maintain a valid driver license with a good driving record

  • Bachelor or Associate degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work intently with business partners to thoroughly understand their business needs, and leverage the broad range of Snap-on product offerings to develop solutions unique to the situation.
  • Build and enhance relationships with key business partner decision-makers.
  • Present solutions on the shop floor or in the field.
  • Develop and maintain a Customer Contact and Activity Database for assigned accounts.
  • Review customer activities at least quarterly with Team Leader or Sales Manager and strategize ways to maximize sales volumes or grow territory.
