VeilSun is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to own and expand a portfolio of existing client relationships, with a clear focus on revenue growth and long-term account value - without impacting retention. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing expansion opportunities by aligning VeilSun’s services and partner solutions to client business priorities. This role requires expertise in selling into complex, highly regulated, and relationship-driven industries, including an understanding of organizational structures, market dynamics, key decision-makers, and the realities of how sales get done in these environments. As an Account Manager, you will act as a primary commercial owner of your account’s growth —proactively uncovering opportunities, building pipelines within existing clients, and converting those opportunities into measurable revenue growth. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic account planning, consultative selling, and disciplined execution to deepen relationships, expand wallet share, and position VeilSun as a long-term partner. This role is ideal for a driven, highly organized, consultative sales professional who thrives in relationship development, prospecting and selling complex, custom software solutions. You will be responsible for hunting in current accounts, qualifying and closing opportunities, and serving as a trusted advisor to leaders evaluating technology solutions. You will work closely with Solution Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and delivery leadership to ensure radical alignment between client needs and VeilSun’s capabilities, ultimately driving long-term value and successful client outcomes.
