About The Position

If you love the art of the sale but hate the "smile and dial" grind of cold calling, welcome home. We’re looking for an Account Manager who thrives in a face-to-face environment. We provide the warm leads and the appointments; you provide the technical expertise, the creative vision, and the handshake that seals the deal. This is a 100% in-person role for a professional who wants to be part of a local team, collaborate in the office, and get out into the field to see projects through from the first sketch to the final installation.

Requirements

  • Ability to take a "warm" interest and turn it into a signed contract.
  • Understanding that in the sign world, an inch makes a difference.
  • Experience in the sign industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Enjoy managing the "Product" side of the sale—ensuring quality, timelines, and design specs are hit every time.
  • Understanding that people buy from people they like and trust.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing a pipeline of pre-qualified warm leads.
  • Meeting clients on-site to measure, diagnose their needs, and visualize how their brand will look in the real world.
  • Collaborating with production to ensure what was sold is exactly what gets built.
  • Finalizing details and syncing with the team to see projects go live in the community.
