The Custom Sales Account Executive is responsible for developing new business and growing existing customer relationships to achieve sales goals. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, presenting YESCO’s custom signage solutions, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial contact to project handoff. Success in this position requires strong relationship-building skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities while delivering a high level of customer service. In this role, your day may include prospecting for new business, meeting with customers on-site, and presenting custom signage solutions. You spend time preparing proposals, following up on leads, and coordinating with internal teams to move projects forward. Throughout the day, you manage your sales pipeline, respond to customer inquiries, and build relationships that lead to repeat business. The role requires strong organization, consistent communication, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities at different stages of the sales cycle.
