Velsera, formed in 2023 through the shared vision of Seven Bridges and Pierian, is dedicated to accelerating the discovery, development, and delivery of life-changing insights in areas such as AI-powered multimodal data harmonization and analytics for drug discovery and development, IVD development, validation, and regulatory approval, and clinical NGS interpretation, reporting, and adoption. The Account Manager - Clinical role, reporting to Clinical Sales Leadership, is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders within an assigned account portfolio, collaborating with internal teams, and guiding opportunities through the sales process. This role works in partnership with outside sales counterparts for joint accounts and independently manages net new account growth in small to mid-sized accounts. It is central to maintaining customer satisfaction, driving renewals, and expanding Velsera’s presence in the clinical diagnostics segment, contributing to both retention and commercial growth.
