Reporting to the Mid-Market Account Management Leader, we are hiring an Account Manager, Client Engagement & Adoption to join our growing Mid-Market team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 150 existing commercial real estate (CRE) client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for client engagement, adoption, retention, and growth. This is a highly client-facing, sales-adjacent account management role where success is driven by strong relationship management, disciplined execution, and proactive client engagement. You will work in a two-to-one model with Sales Executives, supporting shared bookings targets while taking primary ownership of gross retention (GRR) outcomes. This role is best suited for someone who is hungry, coachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where accountability and adaptability are critical. This is a remote-first role based in the United States (Eastern or Central Time Zone preferred), supporting Northeast U.S. territories. Occasional travel (25% or less) is required for client engagement, meetings, and events.
