This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of managed buyers on the SourceKnowledge platform within mrge. The primary focus is on growing buyer investment, identifying upsell opportunities, promoting relevant traffic types, and ensuring accurate commercial and operational follow-ups. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with publisher-facing teams to connect demand and supply opportunities, monitor account evolution, and maintain detailed records in Salesforce. While prior knowledge of the SourceKnowledge platform is not required initially, developing strong platform expertise is expected over time. The role involves managing key demand-side relationships, providing feedback to internal stakeholders for improvements, and developing strategies to increase spend and quality on the platform and inventory.
