The Accelerated Sales Program is designed for sales professionals outside our industry to quickly accelerate their sales career. This comprehensive, sales-specific training program is designed to fast-track the growth and development of new Outside Sales Representatives/Account Managers. Participants will work closely with White Cap sales leaders in a 6-12 month program to develop the skills, customer and supplier relationships, and knowledge needed to be successful in outside sales. This position requires operation of a company vehicle or a personal vehicle and such operation is done consistently more than 80% of the average work week. If selected for this position, the company will run a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report. A requirement of this position is an acceptable MVR report.
