About The Position

We are seeking an Account Executive to sell and service Verizon Wireless products and services at our retail location. Here at Wireless Zone, you will utilize your customer service skills and expertise in product knowledge while applying proven sales methods to prospect, qualify, and close customer transactions. As a Sales Person, you must be self-motivated and aggressively driven to succeed. This will require a positive and outgoing individual who has the willingness to learn new and exciting things in the world of technology. Excellent communication skills are a must! Our Company is a locally owned and operated Verizon Authorized Retailer. Our first location opened in 2006 in Bangor and since then we have grown to 5 locations across the state of Maine. Our objective is to provide each customer with technology that excites them and fits into their everyday life while being a resource for questions and service for a lifetime while providing an exceptional customer service experience. Responsibilities

Sell and service Verizon Wireless products and services at our retail location.

Consulting with customers to determine their wireless needs.
Staying up to date on the latest technology.
Understanding customer needs and helping them discover why our products meet those needs.
Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations.
Using competitive spirit to meet and exceed assigned sales goals.
Follow all leads and referrals.
Making follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction while offering additional products and services.
