Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of sales motion to a technical audience
  • Excellence professional communication in written and presentation formats
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Software and selling developer tooling (Cloud infrastructure, SaaS, Identity and Access Management, and AI tools)
  • 8+ years of B-to-B enterprise selling experience preferably 2 years in Identity Access Management space.
  • Ability to run product walkthroughs independently from a Sales Engineer when needed
  • Experience in selling six figure complex enterprise software solutions and ability to adapt in high growth, fast-growing, and everchanging environments and can quickly adapt.
  • Effective and efficient problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Business Acumen: Understand key aspects of business, e.g., business models and competitive positioning; also understand how business operates, including role of structure, systems, and processes; can speak in business language when applying professional expertise
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques; knowledge of MEDDIC
  • Proven negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence decision makers and executives is required.
  • Ability to show a proven track record of new business development and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a new business opportunity pipeline with target of $1M-$1.4M in new logo ARR annually
  • Pipeline generation and prospecting.
  • Collaborate effectively with our cross-functional teams to drive desired outcomes providing an outstanding customer experience.
  • Develop a territory strategy for long term success to produce pipeline growth, drive sales opportunities, deliver repeatable and predictable billings.
  • Orchestrate complex deals across diverse account set.
  • Develop business plans, ROI and TCO which align to the customer’s needs.
  • Forecast and manage using MEDDIC, KPI’s and all account information in Salesforce, keeping it up to date in real time.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the channel.
  • Ability to drive multiple relationships in and organization while building value.
  • Interface and negotiate with C-Level to drive desired outcomes.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
