About The Position

The Account Executive will serve as a liaison with the customer to ensure that all requests, concerns, and/or needs are addressed efficiently. Development of sales and organizational strategies to increase FHC's business volume. Responsible for ensuring that accounts under his/her charge are satisfied and properly oriented on all services and will meet the business retention revenue budget.

Requirements

  • Masters in social work or psychology.
  • Valid and current active professional license
  • Professional associating membership (colegiación)
  • Three or more years of experience in the health field.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in the development of the annual strategic work plan, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Understand client needs, objectives, and business challenges and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Serves as a liaison between the client and FHC regarding service delivery issues and is a catalyst for improvement.
  • Conduct presentations within the organization, to FHC clients and prospects.
  • Markets and promotes FHC products and programs to customers and prospects.
  • Assist in the development of business proposals together with the assigned Departments.
  • Support in the organization of educational activities for the Providers Department.
  • Provide support in the coordination and the preparation of the material for the FHC’s Mental Health First Aid Academies and any other educational activity of FHC request.
  • Represent the company in activities, such as conventions, congresses, marathons, activities with the press, according to the need. Coordinates services to digital and traditional media for accounting services.
  • Available to provide EAP Services for any critical incident that may be referred to.
  • Support in the preparation of reports required by the Companies, identify resources to complement FHC services, and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Responsible for measuring customer satisfaction with the activity offered and offers correction plans when any aspect of the service does not meet expectations.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Client, including quality of service to FHC and alerts Directors and Executives of specific situations that may affect the relationship between FHC and a particular client in an effective manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., providers, clinical, etc.) to deliver client solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Available to displace through the Island.
  • Performs other duties as assigned/required by this position
