Requirements

Account Executive experience in the Promotional Product Industry
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have a high level of interpersonal skills and be accustomed to a client facing role.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and adapt to changing situations.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Must have a strong desire to be a part of a growing company with career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Understand and present The Image Group’s capabilities.
Schedule, lead and manage new business presentations to add value and grow relationships.
Develop and manage long-term client strategies.
Ensure the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to achieve earnings, growth, and profit goals.
Develop growth plans and revenue forecasts for all clients.
Monitor sales volume and re-forecast when necessary.
Regularly evaluate overall product strategy and client support, ensuring an outstanding client experience.
Research and analyze background information regarding clients, opportunities, industry trends, and other initiatives.
Define project scopes, write proposals, create project specifications and schedules.
Lead and manage complex projects across departments.
Educate clients and manage their needs and expectations.
Stay informed on industry trends and promotional product recommendations.
Assist in customer management, merchandising and data setup for e-commerce implementations.
