Check out our website: Home - Fortis Job Summary Select Home Health (A Fortis Health Company) is seeking an Account Executive to build and grow referral relationships and drive census growth in the Indianapolis/Marion county, IN area. The Account Executive will focus on educating the community about Select Home Health's services while expanding the network of referral sources. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience; home health or hospice experience (strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Trella Health’s Marketscape) is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable personal transportation, and ability to travel within the assigned territory (required).
- Ability to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- You must be able to lift to 15 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Regular use of phone, computer, and presentation tools.
Responsibilities
- Execute sales plans and track activity in CRM.
- Expand referral networks and monitor market trends.
- Build and maintain referral relationships.
- Serve as liaison with clinical teams.
- Represent Fortis Health at events and networking opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Complete reports and support growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with managers and HR as needed.
