About The Position

Community Impact helps local businesses grow and tell their stories using our beloved news products. As experts in our advertising products, our Account Executives consult with clients to tailor the perfect print, digital and direct-mail advertising plans to help their business thrive. This role is ideal for someone tired of sitting behind a desk or seeking a change from unrewarding sales environments. The role involves business-to-business (B2B) sales, making in-person connections, building relationships, and managing a book of business. While the majority of duties are field-based in Pearland/Friendswood/Manvel, this role requires office hours in Jersey Village on Mondays and as needed for training.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to tailor print, digital, and direct-mail advertising plans.
• Grow and maintain a successful book of business.
• Make in-person connections and build relationships with clients.
• Participate in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
• Adhere to office hours in Jersey Village on Mondays and as needed for training.

Benefits

• Starting salary of $40,000 annually, plus monthly bonuses and uncapped commission.
• Minimum $3,000 guaranteed monthly commission for your first 12 months.
• $295 monthly stipend for gas, mileage and tolls.
• Up to 80 hours of vacation and 80 hours of personal/sick time (prorated) in your first year.
