Requirements

• Previous experience in catering sales, hospitality, or event planning preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and generate new corporate catering business opportunities
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
• Research and target new clients within key market segments
• Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, networking, and referrals
• Qualify leads based on event needs, budget, timing, and sales potential
• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive revenue
• Prepare and present proposals, menus, and contracts
• Consistently follow up with prospects to move opportunities toward contract
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and client records
• Re-engage past clients and identify opportunities for repeat business
• Attend networking events, site visits, and client meetings as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to transition sold events into execution
• Conduct post-event follow-up to encourage repeat and referral business
• Meet established goals for sales activity, pipeline, and revenue
• Other duties as assigned
