We are hiring our first Account Executive. This is a foundational sales role, not a seat in a machine. You would own inbound from senior marketers around the world, close deals, and help build our outbound motion from the ground up. Uncapped commission. Real ownership from day one. The role We are building our sales team and this is a foundational hire. You would handle inbound leads, running discovery, scoping, and closing deals with senior marketers globally. We are also looking for someone who understands outbound and can help us build that motion over time. This is consultative work. You are not order-taking. You are helping senior marketers understand why the way they currently work is not serving them, and why Fieldtrip is the smarter alternative. There is a real career path here, not a box to sit in.
