About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our team. This role involves owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and selling into specific industries such as manufactured housing community owners/operators, property management organizations, and consumer finance companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building pipeline, conducting sales activities, managing relationships with decision-makers, accurately forecasting opportunities, and representing the company at industry events. This is a high-impact role with significant career growth potential within a collaborative, fast-moving startup environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, fintech, payments, technology, or related industries.
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Strong prospecting and pipeline-generation skills.
  • Experience managing complex sales opportunities and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Nice To Haves

  • High-performing Senior BDRs/SDRs with a demonstrated track record of pipeline generation, quota attainment, and readiness to take ownership of the full sales cycle.
  • Payments, fintech, lending, collections, accounts receivable, or property management technology.
  • Existing relationships within manufactured housing, property management, consumer finance, or lending industries.
  • MEDDICC or similar sales methodology experience.
  • Startup or founder-led company experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
  • Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, trade shows, and inbound opportunities.
  • Sell into manufactured housing community owners/operators, property management organizations, and consumer finance companies.
  • Conduct discovery calls, demos, presentations, and ROI-focused business conversations.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and executives.
  • Accurately forecast opportunities and maintain CRM hygiene.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership to drive revenue growth.
  • Represent Blytz at industry conferences, trade shows, and association events.
