We’re looking for a Junior Account Executive who wants to build their career in sales, closing deals that matter. This is a quota-carrying, closing role: you own qualified opportunities from discovery through signed term sheet, working inbound and outbound pipeline alongside our BDR team. You report directly to the Manager of Sales. The right candidate most likely launched their career in venture debt or startup banking and already speaks the language of founders, VCs, and the startup ecosystem. You are a hunter who can read a P&L and a balance sheet, understand lending mechanics, and translate debt concepts into a conversation a founder actually wants to have. You will work directly with our underwriting and executive teams, gaining exposure most junior salespeople never get. As Novel scales, this seat is designed to grow with you into a senior, high-impact role on the sales team.
