About The Position

This role involves maintaining and growing a book of business, acting as an advisor to foster valued relationships with commercial clients. The ideal candidate is results-driven and passionate about providing exceptional client service. Requirements

  • Drive sales results by expanding existing insurance programs, increasing sales and cultivating new business opportunities
  • Motivated to succeed and grow a book of business, along with a proven track record of customer acquisitions
  • A champion of client service! Building authentic client relationships comes naturally to you
  • Deep understanding and solid knowledge of Commercial Lines
  • Minimum 5 years’ Commercial Lines experience and Insurance Broker Level 2 License

Nice To Haves

  • Working towards or completion of CAIB / CIP designation
  • Participate in professional development courses

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate client relationships by providing a consistently exceptional client experience from sales to service
  • Uncover challenges and analyze the risks to prioritize the product/ service requirements
  • Develop marketing submissions, proposals and summaries of insurance programs and negotiate the best terms and conditions on behalf of our clients
