About The Position

Based in Draper, Utah, we're experiencing rapid growth and are actively seeking passionate individuals who are up for the challenge of building our product and scaling the company. Join us in shaping the future of e-commerce and delivering exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint! We are seeking a talented Account Executive to join our team at Redo. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities. This role offers a unique opportunity to travel and meet prospects face-to-face, allowing you to build strong relationships and effectively close deals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or finance.
• Proficiency in selling methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a startup environment.
• Previous experience working with merchants or within a merchant ecosystem.
• Knowledge of ecommerce, B2B, and any other business ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities through various prospecting methods.
• Become a product expert and industry expert.
• Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to exceed sales targets.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business when the Customer Success manages the account.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position Redo’s offerings.
• Engage in travel to meet with prospects and clients, providing a personal touch and fostering deeper connections.
