The Senior Director - Global SMB Strategy & Growth role offers exceptional visibility and influence. You will partner closely with the Global SMB (GSMB) senior leadership team to shape executive decisions, strengthen our strategy and landing at scale, and lead through change with clarity and conviction. It is a unique opportunity to combine strategic leadership, organizational impact, and people development in one of Microsoft’s most important growth areas. This role is accountable for defining and driving the strategy that enables Global SMB teams to achieve revenue, share, and consumption goals in close partnership with SMB Operating Unit sales teams, Channel, Vendor Digital Sales (VDS), Cloud and AI Solution Architects (CASA), and Marketing. This leader ensures that strategy is translated into clear execution plans, landed effectively at scale, and governed with rigor to deliver measurable business impact.
