About The Position

We�re looking for a motivated, strategic, and relationship-driven Account Executive to help grow our Las Vegas market. If you love connecting with people, solving problems, and closing business, this role is your chance to make a real impact. We�re looking for someone who can take ownership of their territory, build long-term client relationships, and drive measurable business growth. To be considered, candidates should have a proven track record in sales�construction, commercial landscaping, custom homes sales, or related industries preferred�and be comfortable generating leads, managing opportunities, and working collaboratively across teams. This role is ideal for professionals who: Have 3�5+ years of relationship-based sales experience, preferably in construction, landscape, or commercial services. Can think strategically, solve problems creatively, and identify opportunities to grow business. Thrive building rapport with decision-makers and nurturing long-term client relationships. Enjoy a fast-paced environment with flexible hours and sales events beyond the standard 9�5. Proven track record generating qualified leads, closing deals, and growing revenue. Skilled at collaborating with operations to ensure smooth project handoffs. Able to stay ahead of industry trends and anticipate client needs.

Requirements

3�5 years of relationship-based sales experience (construction or related industries preferred)
Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours and attend sales events beyond normal business hours
Creative, energetic, and self-motivated
Must be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Partner with management to define market strategies and sales goals for products and services
Research prospective clients and strengthen relationships with existing customers to expand market share
Prospect new clients by visiting offices, building rapport, and cultivating opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless project execution
Provide weekly updates to management on opportunities, challenges, contracts, and priorities
Stay current on industry trends and technical developments that impact client needs
