FASTSIGNS of Eugene is seeking a driven B2B Account Executive to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage an established local brand, a warm customer base, and a strong production team. The position is full-time and located in Eugene, OR. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of B2B sales experience and a proven ability to prospect, follow up, and close deals. This role is different because you will not be starting from scratch; there are 10 years of customer data and dormant accounts to develop. There is no territory ceiling, and the back-end operations, including estimating and scoping, are handled by an inside team, allowing the Account Executive to focus on selling. The base salary is flat and never decreases, with accelerating commission on top of it.
