About The Position

FASTSIGNS of Eugene is seeking a driven B2B Account Executive to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage an established local brand, a warm customer base, and a strong production team. The position is full-time and located in Eugene, OR. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of B2B sales experience and a proven ability to prospect, follow up, and close deals. This role is different because you will not be starting from scratch; there are 10 years of customer data and dormant accounts to develop. There is no territory ceiling, and the back-end operations, including estimating and scoping, are handled by an inside team, allowing the Account Executive to focus on selling. The base salary is flat and never decreases, with accelerating commission on top of it.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Ability to prospect, follow up, and close deals.
  • Comfort with daily outbound sales activities.
  • Ability to describe your prospecting process in detail.
  • Proven track record of quota attainment or rankings.
  • Belief that daily activity should directly affect income.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in uniform/facility services, telecom, payroll or office technology, promotional products, building materials, or property services.

Responsibilities

  • Drive daily outbound activities including calls, walk-ins, referrals, and targeted prospecting.
  • Prospect into industries such as contractors, healthcare, hospitality, education, property management, and multi-location businesses.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and build recurring accounts.
  • Own client relationships from initial contact through closing and all reorders.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking in the CRM.
