About The Position

HOA Sales is the dedicated sales and marketing engine for The CAM Collective (TCC)—a network of high-performing HOA and condo (COA) management companies across the U.S. We partner with management firms to drive predictable, sustainable portfolio growth through targeted outbound prospecting, strategic positioning and messaging, and high-conversion sales processes. Our focus is simple: help our partners win the right communities in the right markets. We’re hiring a high-performing Account Executive (AE) to close qualified opportunities and drive new business for our partner management companies. This is a full-cycle closing role (mid-to-late funnel) where you will take pre-qualified leads from BDRs, run discovery and consultative sales conversations, deliver tailored proposals and presentations, and negotiate and close contracts. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to HOA and COA board members, translating complex property management services into clear, compelling value. Success in this role = strong close rates, accurate forecasting, and consistent quota attainment.
