You will also work closely with research, product, data, and client-service teammates to translate East Daley insight into client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience selling into energy, financial services, private equity, infrastructure, commodities, or related markets preferred.
  • Proven ability to self-manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities.
  • Strong executive presence, discovery skills, commercial judgment, and negotiation capability.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a fast-moving, performance-oriented environment.
  • Ability to learn complex market concepts and communicate them in a clear, persuasive, client-centered way.
  • CRM discipline and comfort using data to manage pipeline, forecast, and prioritize activity.

Nice To Haves

  • You move quickly, take initiative, and enjoy balancing multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are collaborative and team-oriented, but you are also willing to assume responsibility for risk, execution, and results.
  • You enjoy brainstorming, testing new angles, and finding creative ways to open doors or move a deal forward.
  • You are competitive, resilient, and motivated by a clear connection between performance, reward, and recognition.
  • You can sell complex, data-driven solutions in a way that feels practical, relevant, and outcome-oriented to the client.
