About The Position

We are looking for an Account Executive who owns their number, builds their own pipeline, and runs the full cycle from cold to close.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience and a track record of closing deals you sourced yourself
  • You would rather build a territory than inherit one, and you measure yourself by what you created
  • You ask sharper questions than other reps and find the real problem first
  • You stay composed when deals get complex, when procurement shows up, or when timelines slip
  • You take feedback well and turn it into reps the next day

Nice To Haves

  • Include a short cold outreach message you might send to introduce Giftogram to a prospect. Optional, but candidates who do tend to rise to the top of our review pile.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Build and work an outbound pipeline through deliberate account targeting and direct outreach to the program owners and business leaders who fund rewards and incentive initiatives
  • Run disciplined discovery that surfaces real business problems before any solution is on the table
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder deals with confidence, holding your own with executives and procurement teams in the same cycle
  • Keep your CRM clean so your pipeline, next steps, and forecast tell the truth
