About The Position

The Account Executive will partner with clients and prospects to understand their business challenges and deliver solutions that drive value. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing new business across enterprise corporate accounts and law firms. It is a client-facing role where insight and collaboration directly contribute to business growth.

Requirements

  • Must be bilingual French/English
  • Be action orientated and target and results driven
  • Have excellent relevant B2B sales experience (inside or field)
  • Be able to manage and measure work
  • Be able to work collaboratively and works cross-functionally
  • Have a proven track record of exceeding targets in new business, in a competitor, complex sales environment
  • Have solid communication skills (verbal, written, negotiation and presentation)
  • Be able to identify, understand and translate customer needs into comprehensive and competitor solutions

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and managing the full sales cycle
  • Closing business in a variety of enterprise corporate accounts and law firms
  • Generating leads to create a pipeline of opportunities and manage the pipeline with the account team
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to secure new business and provide input on development of marketing plans and programs
  • Identifying business issues within client and prospect accounts to understand solution fit
  • Achieving monthly, quarterly, annual sales goals and sales KPIs
  • Managing multiple complex sales processes simultaneously
  • Acting as a consultant to identify and quantify customer objectives and offer solutions through our products
