This role involves identifying and nurturing leads using digital tools, marketing campaigns, and CRM systems, supporting the sales cycle by presenting Quadient solutions to key decision-makers, engaging with C-Suite leaders and influencers to understand their business needs, delivering clear communication to internal partners and external clients, and collaborating across departments to support strong customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Candidates must reside in or be commutable to Grand Rapids (West Michigan) for local travel to assigned customer accounts at least 2-3 days a week
  • A valid driver’s license is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, or CRM tools (or willingness to learn)
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world experience
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
