TEKsystems is seeking a Sales Development Representative 2 (SDR-2) to join their team. This role is responsible for executing the initial steps of the sales process. After completing an extensive 10-week training program, the SDR will research and build call sheets of targeted customers, document and track leads, build customer profiles, perform outreach, and identify lost customers to generate new meetings. Success in this role can lead to a promotion to Account Manager, with additional responsibilities in developing customer relationships, increasing sales, meeting with prospective customers, preparing sales proposals, and partnering with the Delivery team.
