About The Position

Swell helps multi-location specialty healthcare & dental practices build stronger relationships with the patients they serve, from the first review to the last follow-up. We're growing our sales team, and we're looking for a Full-Cycle Account Executive who thrives on variety: someone who can generate pipeline for mid-market and enterprise opportunities while also closing deals, both self-sourced and inbound. This is a rare seat that touches nearly every part of the sales motion. You'll spend part of your week prospecting and building relationships with multi-location groups and larger healthcare organizations, and the rest closing deals across — some you've sourced yourself, some handed to you warm from marketing. If you like owning outcomes end-to-end rather than working one narrow lane of the funnel, this role is built for you.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in SaaS, with a track record of both sourcing and closing new business
  • Comfort managing a varied pipeline — self-sourced enterprise/mid-market opportunities alongside inbound SMB and MM deals
  • Strong outbound instincts: you know how to research an account, get a decision-maker's attention, and build a compelling case
  • A consultative, confident approach to discovery and demos that builds trust quickly
  • Excellent organizational skills — you can juggle deals at different stages and segments without letting anything slip
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Salt Lake City area, with flexibility for a minimum of 2 days/week in our Holladay, UT office

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare, dental, or vertical SaaS sales experience is a strong plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Research and reach out to mid-market and enterprise prospects — multi-location dental groups, DSOs, medical networks — to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Run discovery and demo calls with inbound SMB and MM leads, understanding their patient experience challenges and showing how Swell solves them
  • Manage a full pipeline across segments, moving deals from first conversation to signed contract
  • Partner closely with our Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff and a strong start for every new account
  • Represent Swell's mission — helping practices turn every patient interaction into a better one — in every conversation
