Swell helps multi-location specialty healthcare & dental practices build stronger relationships with the patients they serve, from the first review to the last follow-up. We're growing our sales team, and we're looking for a Full-Cycle Account Executive who thrives on variety: someone who can generate pipeline for mid-market and enterprise opportunities while also closing deals, both self-sourced and inbound. This is a rare seat that touches nearly every part of the sales motion. You'll spend part of your week prospecting and building relationships with multi-location groups and larger healthcare organizations, and the rest closing deals across — some you've sourced yourself, some handed to you warm from marketing. If you like owning outcomes end-to-end rather than working one narrow lane of the funnel, this role is built for you.
