The primary objective for this role is to build a book of business by identifying and adding new customer accounts and providing exceptional service to existing customers in order to retain and grow those accounts. This position is accountable for meeting and exceeding individual KPI’s and business objectives including, but not limited to the following: Addition of new and retention of existing customer accounts Loads booked per day Sales calls per day Gross Profit Margin YOY organic growth of existing customers
